Privacy policy

Plain version: I only collect what I need to prepare for and follow up on your call, I don't sell it, and you can ask me to delete it any time.

Who I am

Efficiencify is a one-person AI and automation consultancy in Singapore, run by Muhammad Shabir. This policy covers efficiencify.app and calls booked through it. For anything privacy-related, email shabir@efficiencify.app.

What I collect

When you book a call, the booking form asks for:

If you email me, I get whatever you put in the email. This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

How I use it

I won't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Services that handle it

To do the above, your details pass through these services, each under its own privacy policy:

Google user data

Efficiencify's connection to Google APIs is used only by Efficiencify itself, to write booking records into its own Google Sheet. It doesn't ask visitors to sign in with Google and doesn't access anyone else's Google account. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long I keep it

Booking details are kept for up to 12 months after we last spoke, then deleted. If you become a client, I keep what's needed to do the work for as long as we work together.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted. Email shabir@efficiencify.app and I'll reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
